FlyView Tours Pricing System

FlyView Tours pricing is built around a simple system: service type + property size + deliverables + travel. This keeps quotes consistent, scalable, and easy to understand—whether you're booking a real estate listing, venue showcase, golf course feature, ranch property, or immersive 360° tour.

1. Starting Packages

Most services begin with a core package and then scale based on the size of the property, the amount of coverage needed, and whether you want photos, cinematic video, FPV motion, reels, or 360° content.

  • Photo Coverage — starting at $155
  • Cinematic Video — starting at $185
  • Photo + Video Bundle — starting at $325
  • Premium FPV Showcase — custom based on scope

2. Tiered Service Structure

Most FlyView Tours services use a four-tier structure so clients can choose the right level of coverage without getting buried in confusing menus.

  • Tier 1: Quick highlight / essential coverage
  • Tier 2: Expanded coverage + light FPV moments
  • Tier 3: FPV-forward showcase + stronger storytelling
  • Tier 4: Premium launch package + maximum deliverables

3. Square Footage & Size Scaling

For residential and interior-based projects, pricing often scales by square footage so small homes stay affordable while larger homes are priced fairly for the additional time, coverage, and editing involved.

  • 0–2,000 sq ft — entry tier
  • 2,001–3,000 sq ft — moderate increase
  • 3,001–4,000 sq ft — expanded property tier
  • 4,001–5,500 sq ft — premium size tier
  • 5,500+ sq ft — large property / custom scope

4. Travel & Mileage

Travel is included within the local service area. Mileage is only added beyond 25 miles from Clinton, Oklahoma. This keeps nearby projects straightforward while still allowing regional work to be quoted accurately.

  • Local area: included
  • Beyond 25 miles: mileage applies
  • Multi-day or specialized travel: quoted separately if needed

How Pricing Works by Service Type

Real Estate
Usually priced by square footage, package type, and selected add-ons. Best for MLS-ready photos, cinematic listing videos, FPV walk-throughs, reels, and 360° tours.
Venues
Typically priced by visual complexity, room count, and deliverables. Great for event spaces, wedding venues, party spaces, restaurants, and booking-focused marketing.
Golf Courses
Priced based on hole coverage, clubhouse access, amenities, reels, and whether the project is a highlight package or a full destination-style showcase.
Construction & Development
Based on site size, safety access, frequency of updates, and whether the need is simple progress documentation or premium marketing media.
Short-Term Rentals
Often priced similarly to real estate, but with more emphasis on guest experience, amenities, booking conversion, and social-friendly deliverables.
Ranch / Land / Large Properties
Priced based on acreage, boundary coverage, terrain, travel across the property, and whether still photos, video, or cinematic flyovers are needed.
360° Tours
Built around the number of areas captured, navigation complexity, branded presentation, hosting, and any companion FPV or teaser content.
